The points start accumulating beginning in the 2013 offseason (just after the Superbowl) and will finish at the 2014 Superbowl.

Criminal: 1 - 4 points based on severity (think 1 = marijuana possession, 4 = homicide)
PED: # games suspended divided by 4
Inflammatory: 1 - 4 points based on severity of statement / action

  4. I think the Aldon Smith incident should be a 3 because this is a 2nd DUI? Penalty suppose to get worse when you repeat it. That's what the judge told me. He had the weed on him too and I don't know if he has a medical marijuana license but it don't matter cause in the NFL is banned. How does he smoke the weed and pass his drug tests? I mean weed is like the last thing you wanna be doing if you are being tested. How he do it? 40-whiner fans are going to make excuse why this happened. Probably blame it on the Seattle crowd noise.
