Browns' Rookie Walcott Charged with Attempted Murder, 4 points

Cleveland Browns' rookie Ausar Walcott has been charged with attempted murder due to trying to beat the crap out of someone at a bar last weekend. I think for now this seems like a 3 (out of 4) points in the crime scale, which will propel the Browns back in the league. What do you think?
