Charges Filed Against Aldon Smith for Assault Weapon Possession

Aldon Smith is not having a good year. In addition to his DUI a month ago, felony charges have now been filed for possession of assault weapons during a party at his house in 2012. I think that's worth 2 Crime points to 49ers. What do you think?
